1. Name of the Society: The Name of the Association shall be “Jhargram Raj College Physics Alumni Association” and here in after referred to as “JRCPAA” in short.

2. Office of the Association: The registered office of the Association shall be situated at the adjacent guest room of the Jhargram Raj College Physics Department, First Floor, P.O. & Dist.-Jhargram, Pin -721507, West Bengal. The Association will operate from this office, with the specific functions to be determined by the Executive Committee of the Association.

3. Institute: The term "Institute," as stipulated in the Memorandum of Associations and Regulations, shall denote the Department of Physics, Jhargram Raj College, Jhargram, Pin -721507, West Bengal, India, or any subsequently revised name of the aforementioned Institute.

4. Aims & Objectives: The association's objectives revolve around advancing educational, social, and cultural development through a range of activities, including lectures, symposia, conventions, workshops, literature, cultural programs, diverse community services, awareness camps, and exchange programs. These initiatives are specifically designed for the benefit of members and students affiliated with the Department of Physics at Jhargram Raj College. For details please click here.

The society's functions and objectives will adhere to the constraints defined by the West Bengal Societies Registration Act of 1961, regardless of any specific objectives outlined in this document in accordance with the mentioned section.

All income and properties acquired by the society, irrespective of their source, shall be dedicated exclusively to advancing the association's objectives. No portion of these funds or assets shall be disbursed as profits to any of its members; instead, they are to be wholly allocated for the promotion of the society's stated goals.

5. The management of the affairs of the association shall be vested in its Executive Committee, which will act as the Governing Body of the association.

6. The name, address, and designation of the Members of the Executive Committee: The initial executive committee, established on December 22, 2016, underwent restructuring during the latest Alumni meeting on December 21, 2019.
