Any member of JRCPAA has the following rights,
8.1. To elect and be elected to the Executive Committee (life members only).

8.2. To submit a suggestion for discussion to the Executive Committee and Sub-Committee on any matter.

8.3. To help and support the Executive Committee in the fulfillment of the Aims & Objectives.

8.4. To inspect accounts of the society on an appointment with the Secretary.

8.5. To forego his membership after due information in writing to the Executive Committee.

8.6. To pay his subscription within the prescribed time.

8.7. Defaulting members shall not be allowed to take part or vote at any meeting.

8.8. Members shall have one vote each in any election.

8.9. In case a member is expelled because of activities in clauses 6.4, 6.5, & 6.7, he/she will have the right to appeal to the President.
