12.1. President
In the case of the sudden demise of the President or if the President becomes incapacitated or the President resigns or if the President is removed from his/her position, the vice-president will take over as the interim President until the next election.

12.2. Vice-present
In the case of the sudden demise of the vice-present or if the vice-present becomes incapacitated or the vice-present resigns or if the vice-present is removed from his/her position, the secretary will take over as the interim vice-present until the next election.

12.3. Secretary
In the case of the sudden demise of the secretary or if the secretary becomes incapacitated or if the secretary resigns or if the secretary is removed from his/her position, the Joint Secretary will take over as the interim secretary until the next election.

12.4. Joint Secretary
In the case of the sudden demise of the Joint Secretary or if the Joint Secretary becomes incapacitated or if the Joint Secretary resigns or if the Joint Secretary is removed from his/her position, the treasurer will take over as the interim secretary until the next election.

12.5. Treasurer
In the case of the sudden demise of the treasurer or if the treasurer becomes incapacitated or if the treasurer resigns or if the treasurer is removed from his/her position, the Joint Treasurer will take over as the interim treasurer until the next election.

12.5. Joint Treasurer
In case of the sudden demise of the Joint Treasurer or if the Joint Treasurer becomes incapacitated or if the Joint treasurer resigns or if the Joint Treasurer is removed from his/her position, the Executive Committee will have the right to choose any general member of the Executive Committee to act as the interim Joint Treasurer until the next election.

12.6. Social Media Admin
In case of the sudden demise of the Social Media Admin or if the Social Media Admin becomes incapacitated or if the Social Media Admin resigns or if the Social Media Admin is removed from his/her position, the Executive Committee will have the right to choose any efficient general member of the Executive Committee to act as the interim Social Media Admin until the next election.

12.6. Member (s)
In the case of the sudden demise of a Member or if a Member becomes incapacitated or if a Member resigns or if a member is removed from his/her position, the Executive Committee will have the right to co-opt any JRCPAA member to act as the interim member of the Executive Committee. This member will not have the voting rights in any functioning of the Executive Committee.
